Love the look and style of the tap. really cool.
only dislike is the filtered water "splurts" out and splashes all over the sink if you dont hold a cup under it, guess its designed to be used while holding a cup or bottle close to the outlet.
As for the installation, assuming that you pull the H toward you for hot water, the hot and cold pipes are the wrong way around in the manual.

But the plumber and I found it tricky to install...the packaging says it is easy but it is a two person job.its not easy to wind the hoses into position ..also marking on the tap base where hot and cold go as we followed the drawing and still got it wrong!.
.functions ok..maybe we are just not used to it but it is easy to spray water everywhere as you have to be careful not to bump it on too hard...will take some getting used to.
