Devan 30,000L Water Tank – Premium NZ Water Storage

The Devan 30,000L Water Tank is the ultimate solution for large-scale water storage on lifestyle blocks, farms, and rural properties across New Zealand. Built tough to handle the harshest conditions, this tank ensures you’ll always have a secure water supply for your home, stock, gardens, or irrigation.

Made right here in NZ from high-quality polyethylene, Devan tanks are designed for long life, reliability, and zero hassle. With its massive 30,000 litre (6,500 gallon) capacity, it’s the tank of choice for families and farmers who take water security seriously.

Why choose a Devan 30,000L Tank?

  • Massive capacity – 30,000L (6,500 gallons) for maximum water storage

  • 20 Year Full Warranty – not pro-rata, true peace of mind

  • Rural tough design – UV-stabilised, corrosion-proof polyethylene

  • Easy plumbing – comes standard with 2 x 50mm (2-inch) brass BSP fittings

  • Strong dome – reinforced with Devan’s unique space frame substructure so it won’t collapse under snow loading or servicing

  • Flexible installation – can be buried up to 500mm deep with clean backfill

  • Custom look – available in 11 standard colours to suit your property

Specifications

  • Capacity: 30,000 litres (6,500 gallons)

  • Width: 3.7 metres

  • Height: 3.1 metres

  • Weight: 475kg

  • Outlets: 2 x 50mm (2 inch) brass BSP fittings

Added Value You Won’t Find Elsewhere

Unlike other tanks, Devan moulds brass outlets directly into the tank wall for rock-solid durability and no risk of cross-threading. Two outlets are standard on large tanks, giving you flexibility for multiple connections.

Devan’s unique space frame dome design provides unbeatable strength and reliability. Tanks come vented for domestic use as standard, eliminating suction dome failures (the #1 cause of tank issues). Pair with a Devan vented overflow kit (optional) for maximum performance.

Nationwide Delivery

Devan manufacture in Tauranga and Christchurch and run a fleet of custom-built delivery trucks. That means fast, efficient delivery to both the North Island and South Island – even to the main offshore islands (ferry costs may apply).

The tanks seem fine although they are not connected yet. All three delivered today and the delivery man was very skilled and very helpful when dropping them off. All were placed in their desired position. We have purchased these tanks in the past and have never had any problems with them. Great service, thank you

Worst service ever

We were told delivery would be 28th Feb via email and a courtesy call.
This did not happen. We had a call from the truck driver just before 11am on the day of expected delivery to say it would be the next day instead. The delay in receiving the tank as promised has meant the following for us:
My husband took the day off work unnecessarily.
I had to find my own way (45 minutes away) to work and back.
We had a hy-ab booked at our cost, at close of day on 28th to move the water tank into position.
A phone call on the 27th would have spared us all of this. Dave casually mentioned that we would never have received the tank today, that it was impossible with the schedule you had. Why weren’t we told earlier?
I’ve had email confirmation of the 28th and a ‘courtesy’ phone call confirmation of the 28th. Why has this been screwed up so badly?
