Great product. The pre seasoned plate makes it super easy. Easy to clean. Have cooked variety of stuff from pikelets to fried rice and smash burgers. Perfect companion to kamado grill. Great service provided by Turfrey. Highly recommend the Weber slate and Turfrey.
This is my first griddle, and i'm super impressed with the Weber Slate 30". Heat distribution across the entire plate seems good with the temperature gauge a good addition. Haven't tested the accuracy, but gives a good starting point for hot vs warm. Had it for a few weeks and does smashed burgers to perfection.
