The EGE9TS offers duel fuel cooking with highly efficient quality gas burners and twin wok cooking. An electric programmable oven means you can set your cooking times and temperatures, and the twin fans produce even cooking results and multi-level cooking.
The 115 litre capacity oven provides for generous cooking options made easier and safer with a telescopic runner designed to slide safely when basting or tasting. Cavity cooling fan technology moves ambient air, cooling and protecting both the electronics of the oven and the cabinets in which the oven is housed.
The gas burners have a flame failure safety feature that ensures the gas supply will automatically turn off if the flame is accidentally extinguished. Igniting the gas burners is made safer and easier with the electronic ignition system.
