The 6440 Watermark® soil moisture sensor
  • Is an electrical resistance type sensor
  • The electrical resistance reading from the sensor is converted into a calibrated reading of centibars of soil water suction
  • Centibars range from 0 (wettest) to 200 (driest)
  • Cable length is 4.6 metres
  • Maximum cable length is just over 240 metres. If you need a longer cable, please contact us for a quote
