The Buschbeck Heavy Duty Grill Rack is made from porcelain coated cast iron. As the name suggests, this is a heavy duty grill rack, ready for some serious grilling! It's porcelain enameled coating prevents corrosion and allows for easy cleaning.
The clever reversible design features inverted "V" cooking bars. This allows one side to focus the heat into the cooking bars for those perfect sear lines, while the other side features grooves that channel away excess cooking juices. This makes it perfect for grilling fattier foods such as ribs or pork belly.
This grill rack is suitable for use with all Buschbeck Outdoor Fireplaces / BBQs.
