B R Turfrey Ltd – Christmas Prize Pack Giveaway

1. Promoter
   This promotion is run by B R Turfrey Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
   The promotion runs from 12:00am on 24 November 2025 to 11:59pm on 24 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

   • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

   • Employees of B R Turfrey Ltd, its related entities, and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

   • To enter, an eligible customer must place an order with B R Turfrey Ltd online store or in-store during the Promotion Period.

   • One entry is awarded per order, regardless of order value.

   • Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

5. Prize

   • There is one (1) prize pack to be won with a total retail value of approximately $3,000 NZD (incl. GST).

   • The prize pack includes:

   • The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   • If any prize item becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that item with a similar product of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Draw & Notification

   • One winner will be drawn at random between 28 December and 31 December 2025.

   • The winner will be contacted by phone and email using the contact details supplied with their order.

   • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Prize Delivery

   • The prize will be shipped within New Zealand at the Promoter’s cost.

   • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and holiday freight schedules.

8. Verification

   • The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, and eligibility before awarding the prize.

   • The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

9. Privacy

   • By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their first name and city for announcing the winner and related promotional purposes.

   • Personal information will be collected and held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

10. General

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

• If any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to factors outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute the affected item(s) with a product of equal or greater value.
