Terms and Conditions

The information on how to enter and claim the free accessory bundle through this redemption offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By taking part in this promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Glen Dimplex New Zealand, 1 Ron Driver Place, East Tāmaki, Auckland 2013, New Zealand.
For these Terms and Conditions, "Purchase" means an order placed and paid in full for the Participating Product(s) during the Promotional Period from a participating authorised Crossray Retailer in Australia. Purchase does not include:
- orders not paid in full
- second-hand products
- purchases by Glen Dimplex New Zealand staff and their immediate family
- purchases made in conjunction with any other promotion
- purchases made directly from Glen Dimplex New Zealand (GDNZ)
- purchases made through any unauthorised retailer
- T2/clearance products.
The promotion starts on 5 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 26 October 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Redemption entries must be submitted by 11:59pm NZST on 26 October 2026.
To qualify for the redemption offer, you must purchase a Crossray BBQ Trolley or Outdoor Kitchen. The participating models, and the accessory pack that comes with each, are listed under "Participating Models and Accessory Packs" below.
This offer is only valid on purchases from retail stores between 5 October 2026 and 26 October 2026 (inclusive). Proof of purchase or tax invoices dated outside these dates will not be accepted.
To make a valid claim, you must complete the online redemption form at https://crossray.co.nz/accessory-redemption/ and attach a copy of your proof of purchase or tax invoice showing full payment. The invoice must show the BBQ Trolley or Outdoor Kitchen. Claims will be rejected if the form is not completed in full or if the proof of purchase does not show payment in full.
All redemption claims must be submitted by 11:59pm NZST on 26 October 2026. The Promoter will not accept any claims after this date.
Subject to claim validation, eligible claimants who purchase one of the listed BBQ or outdoor kitchen models will receive the matching free accessory pack. Accessory packs are not transferable, cannot be substituted or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The colour of the Morphy Richards Ice Maker (MRICE15SS) is subject to stock availability. If the MRICE15SS is unavailable, an alternative colour may be supplied at the supplier's discretion.
